Hearing aids carry a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects. Damage caused by you is not covered under the warranty. This means if you drop it, shower with it, break a receiver wire, the dog eats it etc. it will not be covered under warranty. Please email for warranty claims.

All other electronic devices carry a 30 day warranty against manufacturer defects..

Hearing aids- must be returned within 45 days. Email us to obtain a return authorization number. Returns received without a return authorization number will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You are responsible for shipping charges. You assume the risk of loss and damage to the returned product while in transit back to CCP.

Ear camera/sound machine must be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for shipping charges. You assume the risk of loss and damage to the returned product while in transit back to CCP.

Domes/ear drops- These items are not returnable once opened. Domes can be exchanged for a different style size if you ordered the wrong size or manufacturer.
